Impressions from Mallorca - #22 - Playa de s'Arenal Portocolom

This beach is in the natural harbour of Portocolom, don't mix it up with the Playa in Arenal. They are totally different. The other one is a very big "party beach" and this one is a small and cosy beach.

In the middle of the picture below you can see a raft. It is great swimming to it and have a rest in the sun.

On the right side you can see boats leaving the harbour. It is very nice to enjoy the "port atmosphere" in the evening in one of the many great restaurants.

One of the most beautiful lighthouses in Mallorca. Hopefully one day I will make a photoshoot with it ;)

After swimming it is great to relax on a sun lounger. They are very comfortable here and are made out of bamboo. I definitely would recommend a small siesta here.

There are two restaurants at the beach. My favourite is: "s'Arenal Portocolom", the seafood is amazing, you can sit with your feet in the sand and enjoy the sunset. This is a very popular place, that's why it is highly recommended to book in advance a table for lunch or dinner (http://www.sarenalportocolom.com).
