FOOD DIARIES Act 2 - Moroccan Style Beef Skewer

Hello all food lovers out there!

Today on FOOD DIARIES Act 2 , I will be showing to you how to make quick and easy Moroccan Style Beef Skewer!

You will notice that i will send lots of Moroccan dishes as firstly i just love the food there, secondly my wife is from Casablance and we must not forget it is in the world's top 5 best cuisines!

So here we go Steemians!

For the seasoning:

• Onion 2pcs
• Olive oil 3cl
• White Vinegar 1cl
• Fresh coriander leaves 5gms
• Ginger powder 2gms
• Cumin powder 2gms
• Curcuma powder 1gms
• Black peppercorn 1gms
• Paprika powder 2gms

500gms beef filet cut into small pieces and well washed in clear water and some bamboo skewer of course.

How To Proceed …

Finely chop the onions and coriander leaves.

Add the chopped onions, coriander and all the spices in a bowl containing the beef pieces.

After adding the spices you will get this!

Next add the vinegar ...

Then the olive oil ...

Season with sea salt as per your taste ...

Mix everything well together to have a uniformed marination ... The aroma will already be amazing at this moment!

Skewered the beef pieces in bamboo skewers, I put 5 pieces each and got 12 Skewers...

You can cook right away but with 1 hour rest in the fridge, the taste will be much better. You can either use charcoal grill for a best result for cooking.
I used a pan which i heated very well first, don't add any oil for cooking.

This is the final result... Enjoy with some green salad , flat bread and yogurt sauce! Simply delicious!
