The Steem Radio Waves are ticking along this week.
Meadows & Makers with @makinstuff & @jackdub is now up and running on MSP Waves on Saturdays.
I have reached out to @stach and @steemjet about new radio shows I have heard of there but not received any response yet. If anyone knows the organisers of the shows there do ask them to get in touch with me.

I had forgotten how long I have been doing this weekly radio show posting.
I thought I began it when I started The Alternative Lifestyle Show six months ago. But it pre-dates that by several weeks.
The first edition of this weekly listing went out on 4 December 2017 :
That is 35 editions ago.
I spend on average 3-4 hours each week on researching, editing, updating, compiling and posting these weekly listings. So that is over 120 hours so far!!!
Not a mega-amount but enough to make me wonder...
Some steemsage once told me "To succeed on Steem you have to treat it as a business".
Those words I increasingly see as wise and true.
So for just a moment I am going to take off my "Doing it for the love of steem radio" hat and put on my "Steem is my business" hat.
I spend a lot of time each week to put out this listings post. Everyone says it is a great idea and everyone says it is really useful.
For those that listen to the shows it is a quick and easy guide to find out what is on where.
For those who host the shows it gives a bit more promotion to your shows and it brings you more listeners.
Does anyone, or any organisation, think this weekly post is useful enough to be willing to sponsor it in some shape or form?
Maybe with an advert, or a sponsored by tagline? Payment could be steem, SBDs or appreciable upvotes.
So there's my challenge. Let's go commercial !!

My Life In 8 Songs
On this Thursday's My Life In 8 Songs I am delighted to welcome on the show @jamesgetsit, who together with @v4vapid, has created the excellent Kill The Messenger track in support of the #unity4J campaign.
Also on the show will be @jonmagnusson from Sweden and @beatseb from Germany.

I seem to be running short of steem musicians to come on the show so I may need to rejig the format again shortly.

The Alternative Lifestyle Show
Last Friday's Alternative Lifestyle Show was another excellent edition with long time steemian Kenny Palurintano @kennyskitchen sharing the ideas and philosophies behind his projects Kenny's Conscious Kitchen and the TribeSteemUp community, as well as wider thoughts on personal healing and our impact on the world around us.
Also on the show were husband and wife farmers @bowentroyer and @thefarmerswife from Kentucky, Dr George @nairadaddy from Nigeria talking about @airclinic and the new AirCoin, and Fundition Founder Teacher Hazel @yanzel4lyf from the Philippines.

On this week's show the main interview will be with White Walking Feather @wwf returning to tell us about plans for a big life change coming up.
