My Curie Story: Pop Culture wins beybeh!

Hey hey hey, have you been Curied yet? I have. And unlike the rest who get lots of Curie upvotes (because of steemstem), I've only gotten two so far, both for my pop culture related posts! Hurray! Will I get more? Only time will tell. :D

I actually wrote my first Curie story back in February so you can read about my first Curied post experience here if you like. It was about Game of Thrones so I guess that's why it deserved a Curie upvote. Haha.

After being Curied I think that's when I voted for it as a witness. Was so happy to have earned a big amount from my post so I posted two more TV pop culture posts but oh I didn't know the upvoting rules then so no magic Curie upvote for those two. Haha.

Anyway this post will talk about my second Curied post which I haven't talked about yet. It was for my blog about hearing the Harry Potterish sound of the Oldest Bamboo Organ in the Las Piñas Church during one of the repeat gala concert.

I support this almost 100 year old instrument and it's foundation because it is the oldest bamboo organ in the world. Can you believe it is in the Philippines? Hah, of course I support it now that I can. Lol. You can support it too even if you are outside the Philippines. If you would like to donate for the preservation of this instrument, just read my review linked above or this one about two foundations I support.

Anyway, going back, the amount I got for the second curated post wasn't as big as my first Curied post, it was a cute amount as compared to the other one but I still appreciate being Curied for it.

It was upvoted first by the music curator @cmp2020 and his other music curating accounts and autotrail. I was happy someone found my post and appreciated it so I thought that was it.

A few hours later, boom! The post amount went up a bit more and then I find out I was Curied. Haha. I am not sure who submitted my post to Curie this time but thank you for submitting it. :)

I think I used the resulting SBDs on bid bots as I was experimenting on them at the time or maybe I cashed out some of them. Whatever the case, Curie indeed makes every redfish Steemian feel like their quality post is always worth posting on Steemit.

I've been curated by other curation groups and I am thankful for their upvotes and thanks to a witness or two here too. Without Curie and all the big upvoters we, who don't have enough yet to invest on Steemit, are able to grow more here each day. Maybe next year I will not be a minnow anymore. Who knows?

Curie doesn't always find my quality post but I am still thankful that I have been Curied twice already. More Curies to come please? Hahaha.

XOXO,
@artgirl

P.S. Don't forget to join my Draw your previous Steemit Post Pet/Animal Contest! Draw that animal/pet photo you previously posted on Steemit and get a chance to win some SBD! :D Contest sponsors are also welcome!
