埃塞俄比亚是咖啡的原产地，咖啡也是埃塞人民的日常饮品。下面的图是我去别人家做客的时候拍的。
一般在埃塞人家喝咖啡，主人家会现场把咖啡豆炒熟，炒熟的豆子会端给客人闻一下香气，再拿去捣，最后就是煮咖啡啦。
埃塞人会把咖啡煮三次，客人也得喝三杯啦，如果实在有事要走也得把第二杯喝完。主人家会在端上来的咖啡里加入一植物的叶子，这东西阿姆哈拉语中发音为“tena adam”，其实就是芸香。本来咖啡就已经很香了，加入芸香之后咖啡别有风味。
