It was raining heavily then. I guess that was why they got lost. Nevertheless, it proves there is biodiversity in Singapore. Otters have been spotted quite a number of times in our reservoirs and parks though I have not seen one up close myself. #whysocurious me was wonder if there any video footage and go online and search: otter changi airport
