Today's Topic: Missing CDC Employee Found Dead
TL; DW (Too Long; Didn’t Watch)
- Two months ago Timothy Cunningham, an edidemiologisht at the CDC went missing.
- His body was found highly decomposing in the Chattahoochee River in NW Atlanta on Tuesday evening.
- The Atlanta Police say, “We have no indications to this point that that was any foul play.” And the preliminary autopsy suggests he was drowned.
- There were 3 rare crystals found in his pocket. This was the only thing on his person.
- Upon going missing two months ago all of his belongings were found in his house.
- Earlier reports attempted to blame the loss of a job promotion for his disappearance, implying self-harm. However, many have come to his defense. * He was even promoted 6+ months early last year as his job performance was so impressive.
- It’s an on-going investigation offering a $15,000 reward. Whoa.
