This Week in the Sndbox

Welcome to the 21st State of the Sndbox newsletter! This is week, we’ve presented a project portfolio for Sndbox, explore the world of Urbanism and Oracles, put out another member interview, and launched a full review of all of Sndbox’s development in the first few months.

For a more thorough breakdown of what our members have been up to, be sure to go through our weekly Sndbox Selections of the Week post that we publish each Monday.

A (Half) Year in Review

This week marks the end of our 5th month since our launch this past July. In that time, we’ve been able to pursue a diverse array of Steemit-based activities and growth programming. We’re always striving to make the maximum amount of impact with our operations and that includes being 100% transparent so we can share our experiences and receive invaluable feedback.

Read Part 1: End of Year Sndbox Overview and Part 2: Sndbox Financials and Growth.

For the remaining 3 posts, we’ll go deeper into our outreach activities, project impact, and the roadmap for 2018.

Sndbox Project Portfolio

We’ve compiled all the major workshops and projects now that we and our members have officially launched major initiatives these past months. Our growing diverse portfolio includes projects such as infrastructural development, community growth, and educational curriculum integration.

You can read about all the projects here.

Urbanism and Oracles

We’ve begun to brainstorm how SMTs and Oracles will enrich the Steemit ecosystem in the near future. Last week, we put out an article of how we think Oracles structures might completely revolutionize the concepts of civic engagement and community growth. New decentralized structures may have tremendous implications on social spaces within cities.

You can read about the upcoming transformation here.

Interview with @tarekadam, Creator Extraordinaire!

We’ve got a new interview out, this time focused on @tarekadam! He’s a maker by nature and loves bringing all good things Steem-related into the real world with his designs and 3d-prints.

Read his full interview here.

Updated ‘Welcome to Steemit’ Post

When we first launched Sndbox this past summer, one of our most viewed and engaged posts was our “Welcome to Steemit” post. This week, we’ve updated this classic with new visuals, up-to-date descriptions and better formatting.

You can find the link to send to your friends, family, and co-workers here.
