When Your Day Starts...
When your day starts with this view, you know it cant be too bad; even if you have to get up early to get the shot lol. There is a certain peacefulness about watching morning unfold at the lake. Many mornings there isnt even the slightest ripple to the surface of the water. The reflections are mesmerizing. Then, just the faintest of breezes will start to stir. The geese, swans and ducks take this for their cue to get up and get moving too...

A Good Start
Any #beautifulsunday has to start off with some YUMMY food; namely some crepes with berries and whipped creme. Super easy to make. Ill have to make a separate post on that :)
Groundhog Day
You may remember last week, my daughter needed some clothes for the start of school, so we went off to our usual mall in Ann Arbor. We she bought some, but of course some needed to be returned/exchanged, so it was back to the mall again. Of course being a dutiful dad, Im cool with it. Its a nice drive and she is getting a bunch of good practice so she can get her driver's license.
Being that it feels like we are rewinding the tape from last week, I thought it would be a creative touch to get a shot of the sign, backwards. Lol see what I did here lol. Pure genius I tell ya :)

Being a good dad undoubtedly means you are obligated to hold the daughter's purse and one outfit -- then two outfits...

On the way out I saw these purple flowers which works for today's #colorchallenge...two birds with one stone and all lol.
A caring father must makes sure his daughter gets in her practice doing parallel parking.
