Today the whole Finnish nation is celebrating its 100th year of Independence, so in celebration,
here's a national cake!

Our weekly Go games had to be canceled because of lack of attendance. But that's okay...

Everyone will be busy watching fireworks and watching the screenings of movies based on the The Unknown Soldier and other state festivities like the televised Independence Day reception for the Castle Ball.

But onto the cake... The cake has two "main" ingredients: Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate.
