It has been a long time coming, a public beta for OpenBazaar 2.0 is here, you can download and try now, remember this is not "testnet coins" or any other tom foolery, real Bitcoin is being used as transactions, TOR integration is here, now to just get that Steem / SBD integration (which is coming!).
OB1 dev @drwasho left a comment on reddit that gave a good rundown of the top features of this release:
Offline stores. Your store data is distributed on the network. You can turn off the app and other users can still view your listings.
Offline orders. Users can place orders for your listings even if you're offline; funds can be sweeped back if a vendor is not responsive.
Item and shipping options. Add item options and variants, and shipping options for countries or groups of countries.
Third party search. Connect to a variety of third party search engines, some of which work over Tor. This is open, so you can make your own and other users can connect to it.
Tor. can run your node exclusively on Tor or in dual-stack mode (ie nodes on and off Tor).
Bitcoin w/ segwit. Transactions are done using segwit, simple as that.
