CentrO, One of Europe's biggest shopping Centers

Today I visited CentrO a large shopping center in Oberhausen, Germany. It is one of Germany's largest shopping and leisure centers with around 119,000 m² of shopping area and is renowned for its large annual Christmas market. It is located in the area of the city of Oberhausen and forms the core of the so-called "Neue Mitte Oberhausen".

On my visit to CentrO I noticed a lot of gamers around. At first I thought it maybe had something to do with the upcoming Gamescom but I found out that CentrO is also a popular Pokemon spot.

Inside CentrO

CentrO is a large shopping center (European Standards) and gets visitors from Germany and abroad.
The Shopping center is well designed and has a lot of glass which makes the complex feel very spacious.

There are two floors with shops, from the second floor you have a great view on the first floor.

Can you spot the Pokemon Players?

In this picture you can see one of the many round squares connecting the hallways of CentrO. This one is particularly beautiful because the purple part in the middle is actually a billboard that goes all the way around.

I hoped you enjoyed these pictures of CentrO and the background on one of Europe's biggest Shopping Centers. Let me know in the comment section.
