I kind of wish there was a discord where we can all meet afterwards and pick up the conversations from the comments section. Probably something @thedarkhorse @energyaddict22 & @lynncoyle1 should consider.
One of the highlights for my week was seeing results for my featured bloggers, to see them excited and hopeful to make it on this platform was just priceless. We carried on the conversation further and currently working on ways to bring other people on board. We are also brainstorming on the people we would like to feature, people we feel need to be fully exposed.
Another highlight for today was waking up to news that one of the people I featured last week, @laurentbecca, received a @curie upvote worth $90 for one of his recent posts. Why I'm I excited about it? Because it confirms to me that I was right to think he is undervalued and deserves abit more recognition than he's currently getting.
On that note, if you didn't catch my last week's entry you can do so here! Congratulations Once again @laurentbecca! Here's to many more
And seeing that most of them may not be familiar with this contest yet, I'd like to refer them to the Original Post to read on the rules & the initiative of this contest. But in athe nutshell,
The #PayitForward Curattion contest seeks to give exposure of undiscovered or undervalued Steemians and offer support in terms of upvotes and comments from the team and participants.
The rules are as follows;
- A review of the blogger explaining why this blogger was chosen
- Link to 1 recent post per featured blogger. Keep in mind that many will follow this link and upvote so pick a post that isn't close to payout!
- Make sure to upvote and commented on the post you link to for each of these bloggers
- Your post should also link to the original postshowing you are part of this weeks contest.
- The 3 bloggers you curate Must Be Rank 50 or Lower!
My Week 4 Entries..
1. @Davidwardlow
I met david afew days ago when he joined the #Steemcreators discord where he was introduced by @steemcafe. He is a few days old on Steemit. What has kept me constantly glued to his content is his determination to thrive and consistency in producing content. As per his profile, his main goal is to help people shift their mindset from employment to entrepreneurship.
His recent Post
Seeing that he is entrepreneurship focused. His recent post talks just about that. He shared on how to strategically position yourself as a brand in a creative manner - through story telling- without having to directly make sales in peoples faces.
Everyone hates that “Sleazy Salesperson”. We much rather buy from someone we Like, Know, and Trust. How can you as an online marketer do this? By telling stories.

This is a great post for those who are running a business or are in sales & marketing department.
2. @Stevenwood
When I think of Steven one thing comes to mind, he is a legendary commenter! I don't think I have met a person who can go at it as he does. I wouldn't be surprised if he made those 8 mins comments on here (please don't lol)..
On a serious note though,
I can't quite trace where we met, it was afew weeks ago. We have been conversing on afew occasions, we tend to bump into each other on afew discord here and there as well. One thing that stands out is his prowess in story telling, how he engages with the audience and I generally do enjoy his posts. He is full of humor (well, my opinion), and he is the ultimate wordsmith...
In his own words;
I like peeps with opinions like my Coffee-STRONG!
His recent post
While this is abit different from what he usually shares, I did like it.
He shares his opinion on how powerful this platform is based on an incidence that happened afew days ago in one discord server.
SHOCKED AT THE STEEM COMMUNITY - IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY.
Two members of our community have been having the worst imaginable time of late and @davemccoy reached out on behalf of this lovely couple. Within minutes I heard about it in 2 Discord groups and decided to become involved in whatever small way I could. Over the next hour I saw Discord blow up with our fantastic community members rallying to get the word out. I saw the post from Dave hit almost $140 within a few hours all in aid of 2 of our friends who needed somewhere to lean for a little respite.
3. @eddy-18
He mostly does alot of uplifting and motivation content. He is quite a good writer in my opinion and even though we don't interact much, I do enjoy reading his pieces when he shares them.
His recent post
What I loved most about his recent post? This..
The future is a day prior to today which is known as tomorrow. The outcome of our tomorrow's accomplishment is based on our today preparation. Don't ever think tomorrow will manage itself, rather you take responsibility how you want it to be. If it doesn't work according to plan, take responsibility and plan again. You are accountable for your future.
Future: You Are Responsible for It
You can read how he creatively drew to that conclusion.
That concludes my entries for this week. I hope everyone enjoys curating this amazing bloggers as much as I did. Indeed this platform is full of amazing content creators and I am enjoying playing a part in their discovery.
Looking forward to reading on more amazing content.
Sincerely,
-Elsie.
