Being new here, @caferevolution did not waste time and jumped right into two important issues of the world - the post here is about GMO.
Whether you agree with him on this post or the others is not important but highlighting and focusing on the important issues is indeed important. It takes a clear purpose and courage to do what @caferevolution as done - firing the first shots and say: "Look at this!"

It is in traditional Chinese, not simplified Chinese (which is most of the posts in Chinese here).
Using traditional Chinese and wrote about a controversial author (龍應台 女士) and book (《大江大海 一九四九》) is challenging enough for a post on the first day! Writing about a time in history, (大江大海 一九四九「國共內戰」) 1949 China civil war adds to the challenge. The piece is very well written and is of professional quality but only those who can read traditional Chinese and old enough would appreciate the post - I do.
