If you think of Tokyo, you might often think of crowds, noise and hectic, but the Japanese capital has surprisingly many quiet and cosy places to offer. One of them is the island Odaiba, located in the bay of Tokyo. Here you can find wide and spacious pedestrian boulevards like this one and if you choose the right time, you can have almost the whole boulevard for yourself on some days, which is definitely a nice contrast to the hectic areas of the metropolis.
Wenn man an Tokio denkt, dann denkt man oft an Menschenmassen, Lärm und Hektik, doch die japanische Hauptstadt hat überraschend viele ruhige und gemütliche Orte zu bieten. Einer davon, ist die in der Bucht von Tokio befindliche Insel, Odaiba. Hier findet man breite, weitläufige Fußgängerboulevards wie diesen und wenn man die richtige Zeit erwischt, kann man hier an manchen Tagen schon mal fast den ganzen Boulevard für sich allein haben, was auf jeden Fall einen schönen Kontrast zu den hektischen Bereichen der Metropole darstellt.
