Simple Dinner (Watercress Soup) - 简单的晚餐 （西洋菜汤） (by ace108)

Yesterday was a holiday (National Day in Singapore) and I was out
doing the new new thing that many are doing. Catching
pokemon. It was a warm day but not extremely hot to walk
outside. After some kilometers were covered, still we have to
rest and have dinner. For rest, what better than a place with
aircon like the nearest shopping center - Raffles City, which has a
food court with variety of food. After a tiresome walk, hop
and capture, a simple meal with a nourishing soup can be fulfilling
enough. The simple meal is a bowl of watercress soup and a
bowl of pumpkin rice. The soup is slow cooked with pork rib
and the rice is cooked with pumpkin. The soup if simple enough
to cook at home if you are interested. If you google for
watercress soup recipe, you will be spoiled for choice.

来福士广场，其中还有一个食阁拥有各种食物。走，奔，捕累后，一个简单的一餐可以只是一碗滋润的西洋菜汤配碗南瓜米饭。汤是用慢火加入排骨煮和西洋菜煮
的。如果有兴趣在家做西洋菜汤，上网搜索一下西洋菜汤的食谱就会有很多的选择了。
