Good afternoon! Entry to #animalphotography. Dog, men's best friend! With a sad story.

This time I bring a photo of my dad's old dog, he was called Sereno.

Sereno in english translates to Serene, something calm, peaceful, untroubled. It summarizes everything that dog represented.

Sereno served as a herding dog at my dads ranch, also as a guard dog during the cold nights, but most importantly he was one hell of a good friend.

Unfortunntely his favourite hobbie was to absently wander around hunting for small preys. He ended up going to the road where he got caught in a car accident and passed away.

His soul however, still alive through his son, that does not leave my dad's foot steps.

Dog, man's best friend.
