The Prairie Lizard is one lizard with some amazing colors underneath.
The backs of these lizards are patterned with some excellent, brown earth tones that make for remarkable camouflage. When you combine their ability to blend in with their environment with their incredible speed, you’ll understand why they can sometimes be hard to find and hard to catch.
The Prairie Lizard is also known as the Fence Lizard and the males can have some pretty marvelous blue colored sides and throats. We think that they are one beautiful lizard.
