Real Life Captured #4: Buddhist Temples and Monastaries of Luang Prabang Laos (9 photos)

Luang Prabang is designated as a Unesco World Heritage Site for it's incredible preservation of historic architecture and rich culture. I had the pleasure of exploring the town for five days. I got some great photos of the beautiful Buddhist temples and monasteries and I'm so happy to share them with my friends here on steemit!

The last photo is of the daily Alms Ceremony where the citizens of the town religiously and respectfully give food each morning to the procession of Monks that walk by. This is their one meal of the day. More than a tradition dating back hundreds of years, it's a way of life. Enjoy the photos! -Dan "World Travel pro!"
