About a month ago, I shared very sad news with you as I informed you about the death of Milos Forman, one of the greatest Czech film directors, in this post.

Today, I am coming with another news related to this outstanding figure of the film industry but this time around, it is certainly in a more positive context. Prague authorities decided to pay tribute to Milos Forman by naming one of the squares in the historic center of the city after him.
The square is located at the intersection of the famous Parizska Street, Bilkova Street and Elisky Krasnohorske Street, right in front of the renowned Intercontinental Hotel.

Despite being situated in a very attractive location where crowds of tourists pass by every day, the square has not been named until now. If you are a fan of Milos Forman´s films, make sure to stop by this place to honor the Oscar-winning film director on your next trip to Prague.
