Food Photography: Blueberry Lemon Curd Cake
This is a blueberry lemon curd cake with an ombre butter cream icing. The filling between the layers is a home-made lemon curd. The cake is decorated with a crushed rose petal sugar, sugared fresh blueberries and a few dried rose petals. It took me THREE hours to make this cake and honestly, I could have just eaten a jar of the lemon curd because that is like eating sunshine in a jar!
Oh heavenly lemon! And blueberries! WOW! This looks like the perfect dessert to have on a nice summer's evening while enjoying the views of the city or farm.

Sate Padang
Sate Padang is the name of three types of satay in West Sumatra. the three types are Sate Padang, Sate Padang Panjang and Sate Pariaman... Sate Padang ingredients are memkai beef, tongue, or jerohan (heart, intestine, and tetelan) with added thick peanut sauce (similar to porridge) plus a lot of chili so it feels spicy
Oh heavens! Look at this sate! The meat looks so tender that it could be falling off the stick. And the peanut sauce? YES! Sounds scrumptious!

Filipino Dish: Our Version Of Pink Salmon Sour Soup
Sinigang na Isda or sour soup is a Pinoy dish sour soup that is made of Pink salmon but usually we are mixing the fish Tilapia, with tamarind (or any other sour fruit ingredient like kamias, santol, or can also be kamatis "tomato" and etc.), siling labuyo, and vegetables such pechay. The fish can be any fish like bangus, dalagang bukid etc but this time we tried the Salmon
What a delicious looking soup! I don't know about you, but that broth has a creamy look to it and is making my mouth salivate!
