Steemit Music League Challenge Week Five Results

Seven (7) epic Steemians created 90's hip-hop themed music to make up a classic Week Five of the #smlchallenge.

That classic, golden era of music history, 90's Hip-hop.

90's hip-hop is one of the most popular styles of music worldwide and brings a certain energy and vibe to it.

Producers can create that classic 90's hip-hop sound as an entry and rappers and singers and use their skills to best fit this epic style of energy, 90's Hip-hop

Relevance to theme

The definition of 90’s hip-hop in my mind holy smokes.

Got the Boom bap.

Got the incredible soul and spirit. Especially those sounds like at :47 and 1:01. And that record cracking sound throughout the beat so awesome.

And got that incredible energy and nostalgia about it.

This is that real hip-hip instrumental right here in my opinion.

Love this choice of song and the way you cover it is incredible. You stay true to the song and add your own style all with your voice. Amazing man.

My favorite part is between :52 to 1:11 you mix your vocals and beat boxing so well in my opinion. And then you go in at 1:11 taking us on once last drop.

Incredibly creative lyrics ranging from all spectrums of that 90’s hip-hop era giving us a nice history lesson in the process.

It is so awesome how you bring in your personal history with the history of 90s hip-hop. It helps create an awesome story you are telling through your lyrics.

I count 14 different rappers and lyricists you mention from the 90’s era in your entry. That is off the charts and so creative in my mind to be able to touch on all those artists in an entry.

One thing I have noticed from listening to your music is your energy level flow improves when you have one or more people around or apart of it. Maybe try this technique this next week and see how it changes your entry.
