Meet the @sndbox Summer Camp members

This was one of the hardest decisions ever we´ve made

If it depended on us, all of the people who committed to the final quest would´ve a spot on the summer camp but unfortunately, we depend on the voting power @sndbox has and we want to support everyone through the summer camp, this is why we had to narrow the selections to 29 people.

These 29 Steemians showed a lot of committment and drive to help plan the development of the projects they were part of and, even though some contributed more than others - something that we will take into account throughout the summer camp - we believe all the Steemians picked will be able to keep contributing through the camp where eventually we will have to pick 15-20 people to be part of the Sndbox incubator, where they will get full support, advice and guidance from @voronoi, @hansikhouse, @guyfawkes4-20 and @anomadsoul.

We also had to decide which projects were the one that could realistically could be developed and we took into account the development plan you guys pitched at us. It was very complicated to pick only 3 out of the 6 projects existing but, you have to understand that the Sndbox incubator strives to support projects that CAN and WILL be developed the best way, but also those who need proper funding; this statement comes from the basis that some of the projects can be developed without much funding, so we had to pick those we really want to properly fund.

This doesn´t mean the projects that didn´t got picked are not worthy of being funded by @sndbox. All the projects are worthy but as we said, in order to be able to support all the projects we would need twice or thrice the voting power we currently have.

There were a lot of people who got selected even though their project wasn´t so, in order to be part of the Summer Camp every Steemian has to pick one of the three projects that got picked. What project should the winners pick? It´s up to them.

Regarding the people who got selected and also their project got selected, you´ll continue to help in the development of the idea and putting it to practice through the camp.

We are very grateful with each and every one of the Steemians who put a lot of effort and dedication to their teams and, as we said, we wish we could´ve picked everyone to be part of the Summer Camp but sadly we can´t. Please don´t get disappointed and and keep giving your best on every one of your posts and keep striving to be the best version of yourselves, we are sure more opportunities to e part of @sndbox will be developed for you in the future.
