NAGA WINDMASTER in Battle: My Splinterlands Journey #16

I 💕love the Rare NAGA WINDMASTER Water Monster and use her often in battles that involve my Water Team!

WHY?

Firstly, I like how she looks, LOL... doesn't she just look mean?! Do you have favorite cards that you use just because they look big, scary and mean? 😁😂🤣

Secondly, her average Mana of 4 makes her usable in almost any Mana battle: High mana battles or low mana battles. I've included links to three battles in this article, one of which is a low 14 mana battle. I was hesitant to include this particular battle in this article because my opponents' cards were all at level 1, but I wanted to show that the NAGA WINDMASTER can be utilized even in LOW MANA BATTLES. She can be used in many battle Rule sets including Little League, Lost Legendaries, Rise of Commons and Even Stevens

Thirdly, even at Level 1, she comes with Headwinds which gives her the ability to reduce ALL range attacks of enemy monsters! In practice then, she has the equivalent buff of a summoner like Contessa L' Ament and The PeakRider. Isn't that cool? She would be an excellent one to use in battles with the Rulesets Lost Magic, Close Range, Keep Your Distance.

Fourth, at Level 5 the NAGA WINDMASTER gains the Shatter ability and she can and will destroy her target enemy Monster's armor! I told you she's a mean one!!!

My general strategy in using NAGA WINDMASTER, by virtue of her RANGE attack, is to use her at the back positions. Even in the battle Ruleset Close Range, I find that she is best utilized from the third and fourth positions. Protecting her from monsters with the Reach and Snipe abilities will ensure that her abilities are used to the fullest.

Okay... let's get to the battles! Please click the photo or the battle description to view the battle. There is also a link provided on the bottom of each photo.

Enjoy!!!
