What I did Today to Reach my Goal
Today I uploaded a video and a very long text about the topic Steadfastness and Perserverance to DTube. Most people nowadays lack Steadfastness and Perseverance and they are the missing keys to success for most people. It was really necessary that this video and article was uploaded. Guitar Mastery - Play 90% of the Song "Asylum" by "Disturbed" successfully by July 2018
Day 12 of practicing part 7. I am focussing on part 7 again and alternate picking felt less weird today. I really some background lighting or something.
Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018
Rest day.

Diary
I woke up at 11:00 again today. I wonder if the Phenibut which I took after waking up which is responsible for my fucking awesome mood today will help me to sleep earlier today. I will definitely take modafinil tomorrow and be up as long as possible to reset my sleep routine as fast as possible.
