Steembay auction - original painting up for auction on steemit

I just read up on a new, very cool auction bot here on the steem blockchain: @steembay has developed an easy way to put up auctions right here. Details on how it works can be found in @steembay's announcement post here. With thanks to @shortcut's drawing-up-for-auction-post for trying it out and grabbing my attention!

In short: when you make a post with the tag 'steembay', a bot will run your post as an auction. What you put up for auction: SBD-holders will be able to bid on it by commenting 'bid 4' or 'bid 7', or whatever amount in SBD they wish to buy what's on auction. When the post reaches payout, the auction is over and the highest bidder wins the item up for auction.

So, I'll test the new @steembay bot by putting up this original painting for auction: "Little Spook", which I made some time ago for @juliakponsford's artexplosion contest (nr. 2, to be precise!)

This is a small painting, 18x24cm (7x9.5" approximately), oils on canvas with glow in the dark-paint on top of the spook! You can see the glow in this picture, but as this was photographed, I cannot say it will look this bright in the darkness, though:

You can find the original post here.

So, bidding's on! I'll start the bidding at 5 SBD, which takes care of my shipping costs (a bit). The highest bidder, when this post pays out, can contact me (via comment, steemit chat: @marty-art, discord: @marty-art) to send me his/her shipping address. Bidder pays first, then I'll ship.

A generous thank you goes out to @pollux.one and @schererf for developing @steembay, let's have some fun! If this works out fine, there may be plenty more to come!
