Many of you now know that I was able to go to the Steem Creators Conference in Las Vegas this past weekend.

This video is an overview of the first full day of the conference.

We begin with some opening remarks from IJ of @steemcafe who was the main organizer for the event.
We then move to those who have started or helped start Steemit meetups in their areas. They talked about how we can start our own. Thanks to @hypnopreneur, @richardcrill, @lindseylambz, & @mariannewest.
Next we heard one of the keynote speakers, @quinneaker, who talked about his story of moving away from the person that society and outside influences wanted him to be and the value of the Steem blockchain produced by the community using it. You can see more of his speech HERE.
After lunch, we heard from the women of the @museproject that aims to support and inspire creative women on Steem. Thanks to @coruscate, @saramiller, @lindseylambz, @everlove, & @ogc.
@larrymorrison followed the ladies up with a reminder on the laws of attraction saying that we what we put out comes back to us and we attract the audience that our content speaks to. Also saying how positive thinking leads to positive action and manifestation of your dreams and goals.
To wrap up the day's speakers, @scottshots put on a display of his amazing photography and gave some valuable tips for upping our photo game for better looking blog posts.
After listening to all the speakers for the day, we wanted to let loose a little bit. We all met up at the High Roller, Las Vegas' giant ferris wheel for some epic night view of the Strip.

IJ then led us all across the street to a lounge in Caesar's Palace called Cleopatra's Barge where they have free live music. This night, a pop string orchestra was playing that did a whole bunch of cover songs from 80s to the top modern hits. I'll be uploading more from these amazing musicians here on Steem so be sure you're following me so you don't miss those. Seriously, they were awesome. (I should mention the band's name is David Perrico Pop Strings Orchestra)
