23 Hours Later...
In my previous post, I used @davemccoy just as an example and I did that so I could explain my idea in an easier way. The idea is extremely simple and relies upon the generosity and kindness of others. You donate to specific users, not due to the quality of their articles but due to the quality of the authors so to speak.
Long story short:
I used Dave as an example and I wrote that he had 472 Steem Power in total, (excluding delegations). Just a few moments later and donations of 2.5 Steem in total had been made from two Steemians. I obviously had to donate something too, even though my article had nothing to do with making any donations to him at that point, but I gave him 2 Steem and he was quickly up to 4.5 Steem. Two or three hours later and he got 2 steem more... - And another 4 Steem a couple of hours later.
Dave had 472.259 STEEM before I wrote about my idea and now, when I'm writing this, he's up to: 483.225 STEEM. He got 10.5 Steem due to my article and my idea. (My previous post is now 23 hours old, so this might change).

I Want To Create A Middle-Class!
Since I wrote my last post, I've had some discussions on Discord, I've replied to comments and I've been thinking about this idea... I have been trying to come up with a solid plan to put this whole thing in motion.
I'm not ready yet and I still need time to fine-tune certain aspects, but I will make this happen as it's clear that an initiative like this would be appreciated and likeable. (At least judging by the comments I've got so far.)
Make sure to read my previous post if you haven't heard about this yet... But I'll tell you what I'm going for anyways. Simply put; I want to push people to *500 Steem Power with donations.
*The amount of Steem Power might be changed in the "official" launch. 250 SP has been mentioned in the previous article as a good level to start.
If we could push people straight into a new level on Steemit, with the use of small donations, everyone would benefit. I personally believe that 500 Steem Power is where the middle-class should be, but I'm open to any suggestions.
Imagine that we have a user who's sitting on 480 Steem Power. 20 Steem and we would bring that specific user to 500 and straight into the middle-class on Steemit. Instead of telling this user to use bid-bots or wish for whale-upvotes, we, the community, could do this! - We could fairly easy donate a small portion and push this user to the 500 mark.
Take a look at this:
If we had a group of 10 generous individuals who'd be willing to donate a small portion of their rewards to others... It would cost us 2 Steem to push the user in this example to 500. If we had a group of 20 users willing to donate a portion of their rewards, we would donate 1 Steem and reach the same results.
Imagine the outcome if we had 50 users, or even 100. However, I'm looking for people who'd be willing to "sacrifice" themselves, (their rewards) more than once. I would love to collaborate with Steemians who truly believed in the pay-it-forward approach and people who'd be willing to donate a small portion of their stake (rewards) on a more or less regular basis.
I'm not asking you to cut your rewards entirely and I'm not asking you to donate 50 Steem per day or anything like that. Let's say a total of 2 Steem per week. Or 5 Steem. - The important part is that I'm looking for a "core group" of people who are willing to support an initiative like this, and selflessly support others with small donations regularly.
I don't mean regularly as in multiple times per day. What I mean is basically more than once as I want this to be an on-going project and not a one-time thing.

We already have a wide-range of various curation projects and other supportive initiatives, so this is not that. Sure, you're obviously free to support these users with your votes and/or resteems too, but the main thing here is to put them in the middle-class... - Well, to create a functioning middle-class! - And this is the fastest way of doing this.
I already have a handful of people in mind, and all of them could need an extra hand or two to reach the middle-class. Even if I wanted too, I can't afford to help all of these people... But I can do something for each of them. With your help, we could potentially help them all.

I will push people to new levels and I hope you'll help. Let the pay-it-forward approach and generosity take us to new heights and spread motivation and encouragement we've never seen before! - Let's build a middle-class!
