STEEMIT Culinary Challenge # 6 : HOT Off The GRILL

This week, we are having last week's guest judge @meesterboom's twin - @papa-pepper as our guest judge. He, too got the liberty to choose the theme and his own criteria for judging so do scroll till the bottom. Once again, we encourage everyone to just BE YOURSELVES. If there's a famous grilled recipe in your country you could tweak and make your own - whichever part of the world you come from, now is the time to show it off.

There are a few changes on this week's announcements - on "MUST DOs", prizes(more prizes!!!) and other things so please read till the bottom. From now on and if there would be more of this to come in the future, acknowledged entries would be announced in one post instead of the usual writing the acknowledgement on the comment thread.

THIS WEEK'S THEME :

Before you panic because it's winter where you are and grilling must be a challenge, this kind of dish Hot off the grill is also allowed.

Any grill is allowed, electric grill, gourmet grill, ceramic grill, grill out of the oven and even broiler is allowed.


Bread toasters may do the trick but it's a toaster so - think grill please.
