To be successful in life, People need to do smart work with some amazing thought , whereas to be successful on Steemit people need to make good and meaningful content. Everything is achievable, and there is no shortcut to stardom. Just to make clear to all the new user on Steemit, the post you were viewing on “Trending” is not overnight journey. The Authors did tremendous post and work harder to get into the position.
Last Sunday, I was at a function, somehow the chief guest who happen to be the District Magistrate got late and we were waiting for him. Few of the young guys, who were present to attend the function started to lose their patience.
I calmly asked one of them, what you want to be in life?, he replied “I wanted to be the successful like the DM (chief guest)”. Very realistic approach and I was impressed, that the young lads have some set goals to achieve, I further asked him, “what you were doing to achieve it?”. And that guy got speechless, blanked.
Although, the young lad have set goals , but do not have any plan to reach to that position. So people always dream big, but they hardly put any effort to bring success to their dream.
I have come across many user on Steemit, who wanted to be successful, although I do not have any Mantra, that I chant and make them big and famous, even I am struggling too, to make it big on Steemit. Looking at their curiosity and fast success, I always suggest few things to them. I named them G.O.I.C. approach. A theory completely around the basic requirement of Steemit.
G= Good Content - Many user believe, that posting anything can make them successful However, they forget that Steemit is originally a bloggers paradise. The more good the content, it makes more meaning to the people who take interest to read on.
O=Original Content – Steemit is strongly against plagiarism. Steemit always believe in Original content. Be it your personal experience, but frame it original sentence and phrases. Never ever try to copy paste from the internet, to make the content attractive. You can take references and mention the source on your post.
I=Interaction – Steemit focuses on Community Development. A Community is group of likeminded people. The more you interact with other user and build upon your true follower, it will help you in long run and also make you visible in the Steemit pond.
C=Comment – Make meaningful Comments. Comments are very necessary to show your views and opinions on the subject . It is also a way to make your presence felt on the platform. The better the comment, the more people get involved into it and thereby help in increasing your follower list. Do remember, the world is full of Wise people. Your comment must be accepted and understood by others, do not make it messy with vulgar or unethical words.
Success comes with a price that price of hard work.
At Steemit, the price is determined by the way you present yourself to the community. If you are accepted, then you are on the trending pages flying high on the sky, In case not then there is nothing to lose, and keep your best to move ahead slowly and steadily. Someday, One day you will be recognised for your hard work and patience, and the blessing of whales will be on you.
