This is a picture of oyster omelette I just had for dinner. It is sinfully tasty. Similar to the Taiwan oyster omelette but not exactly the same. The egg is mixed with starch and sinfully deep fried in oil. That's really unhealthy. If you ever find yourself travelling to Singapore, you should try this. The chilli sauce is something that must go with it.

这是我刚吃过的蚝煎的照片。 这很好吃但是简直不健康。跟台湾的蚵仔煎有点相似。鸡蛋混合淀粉混合，然后在油中炸。 如果你有机会到新加坡，记得来一盘尝尝。那辣椒酱是必须配的。
