Steemit Sandwich Contest - Week 46

Anything goes for Week #46 of @jaybird's Steemit Sandwich Contest. It has been a couple months since I entered this glorious contest. I decided to make an ultimate fish sandwich. It consists of a crispy cod filet loaded with mac & cheese and sauteed spinach. It put's the traditional fish filet to shame. Here I will show you how to make your own in a few simple steps.

Ingredients

Crispy Cod Filet
Ciabatta Roll
Mac & Cheese
Sauteed Spinach
Spicy Jalapeño Ketchup
Tartar Sauce

Step 1: Toast the Ciabatta & Add Ketchup

Toast up a Ciabatta roll. Squirt a little bit of Spicy Jalapeño Ketchup on the bottom half.

Step 2: Load Up The Fish

Put some Crispy Cod Filets on top of the ketchup.

Step 3: Smother With Mac

Smother the Cod with a helping of Mac & Cheese. I decided to use Velveeta Shells & Cheese.

Step 4: Add Spinach & Tartar

Top off the sandwich with some Sauteed Spinach. Spread a little Tartar Sauce on the top half of the bun.

Step 5: Put It Together & Enjoy

Put the top on and dig in! Feel free to cut it in half if you need to.
