From Nothing to An Awesome Premise - The Menara KEN

Never would have expected where I was when @yasminep invited me to attend to one of the talks I would be walking down the memory lane at a location I used to stay for a few years a long time ago.

When I looked at the address, I should have noticed because the road name was so familiar, and it was the same road name of the house I used to rent there.

The place I was going used to be a food court for the night crawlers in the Taman Tun Dr. Ismail residence suburb and when I left the place, that joint was torn down and turned into an open space carpark

I totally forgotten to take a picture of it so I have to "borrow" one from Google maps

To my surprise when I drove there with my gps, I was expecting to go to some high rise district location at the other side of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, only to realise I came to a place I was so familiar with except this new building.

Indeed the place has been well built with underground parking space and even the lobby looks simple yet grand.

All from a simple food court metamorphosis into a business district location.

Source is from the Common Ground official website. When I was there, there were just too many people there

At the 11th floor of this building there is an awesome place called Common Ground , which is a brand new working environment concept where you can not only have events held there, you can even have your own private working space away from you home for entrepreneurs who does not have their own SOHO, and does not need a retail office to run his / her business for the day. This cuts down entrepreneur's expenses to obtain a permanent expensive work place that can be easily under utilized.

Definitely something worth looking into for young start-up individuals.

Until then
