Orangila's Photos of Steemit Bootcamp - Catalyst - 24th Mar 2018

Steemit Bootcamp Mar 2018-35.jpg

Another amazing Steemit Bootcamp by none other than @maverickfoo with support of TeamMalaysia veterans.

Venue sponsored by: Greatness Central (aka G Central), Sunway Nexis Office Suite, Kota Damansara.
Social Cause: Proceeds from registration fee (minus cost of food and beverage) all went to Catalyst which was founded by the talented @coachmelleow.

Apart from myself, teammalaysia members who were present to help were: @bitrocker2020, @littlenewthings, @aaronleang, @joannewong, @karinzdailygrind, @zord189, @khimgoh, @coachmelleow & @digitalmind.

For this post, I decided to post the photos in black and white. Some are not actually black and white but monotonous photos with tinted shades of a single color.

HERE ARE REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND MAVERICKFOO'S TRAINING/BOOTCAMP:

  1. Fun Atmosphere - Mav's Training/Bootcamp are always entertaining and filled with laughters. Definitely not the sort of events where you'll be looking at your watch and wait for the event to end.

  2. TeamMalaysia Support - For most events, Mav is not the only experienced teammalaysia member to support you. Supporting members each have our experiences and field of expertise to share with all attendees.

  3. Refresher - Take @digitalmind for example, he attended Steemit Bootcamp - Trainers, Speakers, Coaches & Facilitators Edition - 3rd Feb 2018 and took the initiative to host his own training session. So he showed up this session to better ready himself for future training sessions.

  4. Learn the Basics - A few attendees already had their Steemit accounts for months, some were even in TeamMalaysia Discord server. However, they benefit from training/bootcamp where they get an in depth training of the specifics and work around Steemit.

  5. Networking - Our career in Steemit is no different than a career of an entrepreneur. Networking and growing list of followers is one of the key to success

  6. Philantrophy - Proceeds (minus cost such as food and venue) all goes to designated charities. Speakers and supporters do not receive any monetary benefits but the satisfaction in helping new Steemians.

  7. One On One Support - Every event are usually accompanied by more than one experienced Steemians who are happy to help you when Mav is busy conducting his class.

  8. Good Food - I have attended 3 of these events, and food are generally amazing.

Having said that, please save this link to follow future Steemit related training events hosted by @maverickfoo.
Besides Mav's training, there have been dozens of training/bootcamp related events held in Klang Valley and Labuan/Kota Kinabalu region. There were also few that were conducted in other cities such as Penang. We are working hard to centralise a system so that everyone can conveniently find out details about upcoming TeamMalaysia Steemit events. For now, best is to find out from TeamMalaysia Discord Server and do contact us should you have a venue and participants interested to learn about Steemit.

I was craving for Hamideeyah (Famous Nasi Lemak from Penang) that is also in the same building. However, we picked a restaurant nearby, go to admit, it wasn't bad at all.
