Hello everyone,
I am really pleased with all the entries in week #11 of my 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge. So far I have given some $1200 in upvotes to winning participants, especially winners of the daily challenges and another 210 in SBD to weekly and monthly winners. This post is a summary of the daily winners that will be competing for 15 SBD that I will send to a steemian of the winning photo of the weekly challenge. The winner of the weekly challenge will be picked based on your upvotes and will be announced next Monday. The winner of the weekly challenge will not only receive 15 SBD from me but will also automatically enter the monthly challenge to compete for another 30 SBD against the winners of weekly challenges of that particular month. Monthly winner than enters into a yearly challenge to compete against other monthly winners for another 100 SBD. The winner of the entire competition is totaling approximately 150 SBD.
Below is the 7 winning images of this week that are competing against each other to collect 15 SBD reward and to enter other stages of the competition. It is up to you my fellow steemians who the winner will be as the highest amounts of upvotes on the below winner announcements will determine who will be that winning steemian. The competition is heating up now so please vote for your favorite image. You have 7 days to do that. I am getting excited to see which continent will be the winning picture from.

@vinceboisgard Asian Sunday entry:
This is a view from Kawah Ijen, a volcano located near Banyuwangi in Indonesia. After I climbed to the top and went down into the crater during the night. This was the view I had on my way down as the sun had just rised. Sulfur smokes and fog, other volcanoes and dead trees still standing on the edge of the volcano.
7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Australian Monday week #11 – winner announcement!
@animebros Australian Monday entry:
The Great Ocean Road is one of the top 5 places to visite in Autralia and it really is not hard to see why. :) These are two of the Twelve Apostles, soft limestone pillars formed by erosion from the Southern Ocean. They are called the 12 Apostles but there were never 12 only 9 at the beginning and since one collapsed in 2005 only 8 remain.
@axeman Tuesday of Antarctica and world's oceans entry:
Do you think this picture is taken somewhere far north where is always cold? Not this time. This could happen even in Europe and it is actually taken at Baltic Sea, Lithuania during some quite cold period of the winter. Sometimes even here we have temperature dropping to -20 and still with very high humidity. When you even getting some ice under your nose when breathing :)
7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday week #11 – winner announcement!
@exposez African Wednesday entry:
This image was made in one of the parks north of Maun, near Savuti. This one had more flexible rules allowing us to leave before dawn was completely up. That's what allowed me to take this image before the sun reach us, a few seconds later. We were looking for the leopard but this herd of Impalas on this ridge caught my eye.

@schmidthappens North American Friday entry:
I had to feature one of my favorite US cities today: Chicago. I grew up 100 miles north of here and would always love when we visited. I took this photo last year while I visited for work. The skyline near the shore of Lake Michigan is a stunner.
