Dear Steemit friends and followers,
Welcome to my Travel Tip edition where I promote some of the most beautiful places, interesting landmarks and impressive architectural sites of my homeland, the Czech Republic.
Today, I am going to take you to what is arguably the most beautiful natural-cultural place of my country, a renowned complex known as the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape.

Situated in the Southern Moravian region of the Czech Republic, close to the borders with both Austria and Slovakia, the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape is an extensive natural-cultural complex covering a total area of more than 283 sq km (110 sq mi).
Dominated by the majestic, neo-Gothic Lednice Castle, the complex consists of large parks, gardens and a number of remarkable buildings and institutions such as the Apollo´s Chapel, the John´s Castle, the Minaret, the Three Graces, several residential pavilions etc.

Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape is open to visitors who can choose from a wide range of activities there. You can visit local botanical gardens, galleries and museums, try archery, enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride, go on a night tour of the castle, attend a concert or live performance, rent bike and so much more.

Once you get enough of all the activities that the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape offers, you can visit the Palava Protected Landscape Area, a picturesque landscape area and a UNESCO biosphere reserve located just outside the Lednice-Valtice complex.
