The arabic Alhambra Palace in Granada in Spain is one of the most-visited tourist attractions in Europe. It was build more than 1000 years ago when these parts of Spain were ruled by muslims.
It is located beautiful on a hill in front of the mountain peaks of the Sierra Nevada.
It is an absolute must-see if you are in Granada. The number of people which are allowed to enter is limited per day. So you have to get up very early in the morning and wait some hours in line to capture a ticket!
I tried to capture the awesome architecture of this man-made masterpiece...
