Budgetary Vacation: Php500

This is to answer the request of @smaeunabs for the budget of my previously posted adventure blog, here.

Unraveling the beauty of Northern Cebu: An adventure to Papa Kit's Marina and Fishing Lagoon Resort

Whether you're still a student or an unemployed fresh graduate or part of the employed community yet so frugal like me, your Php500.00 is more than enough for a memorable and fantastic vacation.

Papa Kit's is located at Liloan, Cebu. Approximately 90 minutes away from Cebu City proper.

If you're at E-mall, simply ride 01k jitneys bound toParkmall then make sure to stop at North Bus Terminal. That trip will cost you Php10.00. From North Bus Terminal, ride a bus going to Liloan or just any bus that will pass by Liloan. You can ask the bus drivers for best advice, they will be pleased to help you. After that, make sure to tell the bus driver to drop you off at the San Fernando El Rey Parish. That's Php25.00 trip. With just a total of Php35.00 you're now a few steps away from Papa Kit's.

Upon entering, you will be prompted to pay a consumable entrance fee of Php100.00. Below is the list of the must try activities at Papa Kit's and their corresponding prices.

  1. Horse back riding - Php75.00 for 15 minutes
  2. Wall climbing - Php100.00
  3. Zip Line - FREE if you reach the top of the wall in wall climbing challenge
  4. Jungle Obstacle - Discounted to Php100.00 if you tried the wall climbing and zip line.
  5. Wake Boarding - Php150.00

And that's a total of Php495.00 including your fare back to Cebu City proper.

If you're planning to just bring your own food, there will be corresponding corkage fee for that. But I'm telling you Kito's restaurant has the best food for your desired taste. So just add a little extra money to complete your Papa Kit's experience.

I'd be glad to read your future blogs about Papa Kit's as well.
