Today I will be taking you Shirakawa-go. Shirawaka-go was one of the main reason we were on this trip to Japan and I highly recommend that you visit this place if you have a chance. As we were living at Hida shi, it’s an approximately 1 hour drive to get there.
今天想帶你們到白川郷。 去白川郷是其中我們日本旅遊的原因已去過之後我想推薦這個那麼棒的東西給大家。我們住在飛騨市所以到白川郷要開車差不多要 1個小時左右
Shirakawa-go is a Heritage listed site and is famous for the farmhouses with the special roofs. In winter, it will be covered in snow which creates a very memorable scene.
白川郷已被列為在聯合國教科文組織裡面已他們的農舍是最有名的。在冬天的時候，整個白川郷都會有很多雪讓整個郷都很漂亮。
There were many tourists buses going to the same place and this was the first building we saw as we drove into the carpark - it is a soba noodle restaurant.. Parking was 1000yen per day and it closes at 5pm.
到白川郷時，我們看很多旅遊巴士。這是我們看見的第一間農舍 - 這裡其實是一間買soba 麵條的餐廳。在這裡停車要付1000日圓一天已最多只可以留到下午五點。
We need to go through this long suspesion bridge from the carpark before getting to Shirakawa-go
我們拍完車之後要走過這條吊橋就到白川郷
What a perfect day to visit this beautiful place.

There were many signs around the area asking visitors to look after the village and don’t litter
在白川郷周圍都有標板希望遊客保護周圍的環境保持清潔
There many signs around the small town so you won’t get lost. Do allocate a day to visit Shirawaka-go as there are many things to see and lots of photos opportunities.
白川郷其實不是很大所以你不會迷路。我建議你要預一天來白川郷玩才可以看完所有東西. 還有要預備相機因為這裡真的有很多東西看。

這裡有一些商店。我們去當天好像不是有太多人來參觀
There are shops that sell sake like this one. Lots of cute boards set up for people to take photos.
這裡還有一些想點賣清酒。還有一些很可愛的佈置讓遊客拍照
As it was winter and its snow season, there are signs to remind people to watch out for snow around the area.
因為我們去的時候是冬天所以有些地方會提醒大家要注意雪會在屋頂掉下來
I think this is a mini shrine but on the day we visited, it was closed so we can’t go in and have a look.
我想這間神社但我們去當天好像已關門所以不能進去看看
