Ulog # 6: I got great pains to find the best Yogurt, so I make it at Home 🙂

Yogurt is beneficial for summer and winter both season. In our country, it is not always possible to get 100% pure yogurt from big farms. They use gelatine in the curd. Which can't be a beneficial yogurt. Often I set yogurt at home. I enjoy it, specially when the proper seated yogurt came out in the morning.

Bellow I Describe the benefits of yogurt :

Food is the main tool for prevent disease. As food can keep the disease away from body, again due to this food, hundreds of diseases can be occur in the body. There are several foods in the world which together add up to 100 medicine. So there's a same diet that is called yogurt. Yogurt is a very nutritious and healthy diet, because it contains useful vitamins, minerals, etc Yogurt contains many bacteria that are very useful for our body. There is more vitamin B, calcium and potash than milk. Doctors and nutritionists always advise to eat yogurt. In other countries such as India, they eat Yogurt always after having meals. Yogurt is a lactic fermented food.

There is some specific Benefits :

•It increases the immunity of the body. It works well for not having cold and fever.
•The beneficial bacteria kill harmful bacteria and increase digestive bacteria for improving digestion.
•It is beneficial for whom who suffering from constipation, diarrhea and colon cancer due to lactic acid.
•Yogurt bacteria are helpful in digestion. So it helps to reduce stomach fat and irritability and reduce digestion problems.
•This is a very useful food because it contains plenty of calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6, B5 and vitamin B12.
•Due to the abundance of calcium and vitamin D, it helps in the formation and strengthening of bones and teeth.
•So the patient of osteoporosis and Arthritis, get benefits from regular eating of yogurt.
•Low fat- yogurt reduces blood-corrosive cholesterol LDL.
•Those who have lactose intolerance, they can eat yogurt as a substitute for milk.
•Yogurt purifies the blood.
•High blood pressure patients can control blood pressure with regular having of Yogurt.
•Diabetics patients with heart disease, can control their disease if they take yogurt everyday.
•It provides a tyrosine to the brain, which gives emotional calm and reduces fatigue.
•It helps to reduce weight due to the abundance of calcium. Because recent studies have shown that when the body gets enough calcium, it helps reduce weight and when calcium is not found, then the fat remains on the body.
•Yogurt controls body temperature So, it is good to have a yogurt in the summer.

So whatever the way for eaten sour yogurt, the main thing is that it is very beneficial. Regularly eating yogurt, we can prevent many diseases, we'll be refreshing.
