Bug Hunt: "Top Reblogged Users" status wrong

Reproduce

On busy.org's chinese personal profile page, the right "Top Reblogged Users" column recommends some users to me to follow. However, actually I have already followed these users, but the button besides these users' name are still "关注", instead of "正在关注".

When I hover mouse on "关注", it changed to "取消关注", which indicating I have already followed this user.

Issues

So, there exists two issues:

1. recommends users to me which I have already followed
2. the copy of button is misleading

Solution

1. Just checking whether the users are followed by me before recommend
2. update the text copy "关注" to "正在关注" for the users followed by me
