I got a message from @bait002 asking me to come for a steemit programme that @kesolink and him have put together. It was supposed to be held on 30th of Dec 2017. Since it was steemit, I was glad he contacted me. He told me @ejemai asked him to contact me. I agreed to go. I knew it was another opportunity for me to share the steemit good news to people.

Evidence Of The Invite

The event was to hold at sagamu ogun state Nigeria. We don't have many steemians there. I only know of 5. What they wanted to do basically was to increase the no of steemians in sagumu by preaching the steemit gospel to them. I was glad I was included.

He told me I was to do a presentation that day and I agreed.

We were supposed to share the topic among 5 people. That means we were to take 2 each but I volunteered to take 4.

The Event

We had over 40 people available for the event

I finally went for the event. It was a church we used. @kesolink told his pastor and his pastor agreed that we should use his church.

At first when we were putting things in place, we were having difficulties. First it was the projector. It was not connecting with my laptop. We battled with it for a while but still did not work. At this time people were already coming for the event.

The pastor later gave us his own laptop to use .

It finally worked

We started the event with an opening prayer from the pastor. Then @bait002 gave an introductory speech begging people in attendance not to be angry that we could not start on time.

He then invited me to the stage to give my own presentation.
