Just Updated 'witness-notify' Bot Codes.

Updates:
nodes.php File Improved.
You can use this file to Use Only Available RPC Nodes.
it will check a list of RPC nodes and it will Insert one which is availabe to $node Variable.
cronjob-1minute.php Improved.
Today we had MANY wrong messages from this bot in https://steemit.chat/witness-blocks channel,
I added another if() to make sure All datas Are Correct. to prevent Wrong Messages.
How it Works?
This bot will monitor only top 200 witnesses.
Every Day New Top 200 Witnesses will added to database for monitoring.
Every Minutes it will get Total Missed Blocks from a Public RPC node. There are 3 Backup node.
and It compare 'total missed Blocks' number with Saved Data in Database.
Notes Added to some Line of Files for more clarifying.
