Introduction
This is another update on our ongoing efforts to promote Steemit to the Arab World via our sponsored facebook ad promotion through our arabsteem facebook page.
Audience
Our target audience has been essentially Arab facebook users, whom we would like to introduce to steemit and have them join the platform to help it grow and expand its user base, leading to further success to steemit and growth in STEEM value.
Our ad is targeted towards facebook users from the following Arab countries: United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco and Saudi Arabia
Particularly people with interests in blogging, crypto, bitcoin, facebook, and communities, and with no constraints on gender nor on age group.
Activity
This effort has been running now for 14 days, and our targeting statement is promoting steemit as an innovative social network that helps people earn money via creating and curating content

Results
On day 14 today, we have reached a huge milestone, whereby we are at a whooping 41,501 Impressions (compared to 23,991 impressions 5 days ago) and 390 actions out of which 354 are clicks directing towards steemit.com (compared to 254 actions / 233 clicks 5 days ago)
In terms of demographics, we are more than happy that the ladies are getting even more interested in learning about steemit, with their stats growing to 26% on actual links clicks (from 24% on the last update)
In terms of countries, Algeria is still leading with even more growth from last time (96.5% compared to 96% last time), while engagement from Morocco, Iraq, and Egypt is still minimal
While the Ad was initially set to conclude over the coming 2 days, yet due to the great results it has achieved so far, we will aim to extend the ad further and expand it to other Arab countries.
