Day 5:
Only water, fresh juices and herbal teas
Second day of the juice only fast, coincidentally also a 🌚 day and no ashtanga practice, so I don’t need that much energy anyways.
But I had to do a at least a moderately intense short core workout, not working out at all makes me kinda nervous😄
Today’s special is the green citrus

1 handful spinach
1 stick celery
1 orange
Second course is a bowl of tropical pear

6 pears
½ pineapple
1 lime
The pears gave this juice a nice creamy consistency, taste was similar to a banana shake. Enough for today, maybe i will work my magic later for a late night juice, but at the moment I am full.
