8 Day Cleanse: Day 6 [Week One of Six Week Health]

Day 6:

Only fruits, water and fresh juices

1 apple 🍎
1 pear 🍐
1 tangerine 🍊
1 grapefruit
1 orange 🍊

Thats a lot of citruses and makes the banana taste heavenly sweet 😍

After yesterdays moonday break, my ashtanga practice felt a little long. I asured myself, wow, 90 minutes, that is a lot of time, but after a while I got again into that meditative state, endurance was very good and sukasana, or as the non ashtangis know it, savasana, was very refreshing, had a couple of minutes of good doozing.

Miss my vegetables and looking forward to tomorrow.
