@Followbtcnews jumped up the witness ranks so quickly, that they completely slipped through my "collander of wisdom."

@Followbtcnews is the witness account for Jeff, who is affiliated with the Minnow Support Project, to which he donates 50% of his witness earnings back to in the form of delegations. Further, @followbtcnews is a shared co-witness, also including the account of @crimsonclad, a moderator and DJ at the Minnow Support Project.

As you might have guessed from the name, Jeff blogs mostly about Steem and cryptocurrency related topics, while @crimsonclad is more of a travel and music blogger who can nearly always be found moderating the Discord chat at the Minnow Support Group.

Jeff has been involved in cryptocurrency since 2011, which makes him one of the oldest hands in the entire industry. He runs an unspecified crypto-news site which reportedly receives over 10k unique visitors per day.

Jeff’s biggest Steem related project is Steemistry, a website still under construction which will ultimately serve as a portal to a number of tools Jeff has been working on. Though currently incomplete, there are already a number of tools available at the site, including:
