Roadscape is (as of 11/2016) a front-end developer working for Steemit, Inc. Most of his day-to-day work revolves around adding new user-interface features and fixing bugs of all types. As a result, you won’t find him posting too frequently. However, when he does, you can expect top notch charts and infographics on Steemit platform adoption and usage rates.
Roadscape’s best known tool is Steemd, the first user-interface for exploring the Steem blockchain. You all probably know it better as “that place I refresh every day to see my voting power.” It’s definitely the tool I’ve used more than any other at Steemit, and the ability to see all the interactions your account is having with the blockchain in a unified control panel is immensely helpful.
Among Roadscape’s early projects was a social network on top of the Bitshares network called “Cryptofresh.” Though later made redundant by Steem, it served as proof of concept for that platform on which you are reading this very article..
Roadscape is also a Bitshares Standby Witness (#30).
Roadscape holds 935,000 SP and is NOT powering down, demonstrating substantial faith in Steemit long-term.
