This is now the third edition of Witness Weekly.
It is definitely proving an interesting project to learn more about the Steem witnesses.
There is much more going on among the witnesses than the community probably realises.
Hopefully Witness Weekly will begin to improve the communication and information flow so that the Steem community can better appreciate the work the witnesses do.
No major changes in the witness rankings this week, with just one new arrival on the block - @unbiasedwriter from Hungary.

The Current Top 20 Witnesses
There have been only a few minor movements among the top 20 witnesses this week.
@dlike and @future.witness traded places at #5 and #6.
@scissor.sisters, @hoasen, @matreshka and @maiyude shifted one or two places in the lower half.

There are a further 30 or so active backup witnesses mainly in the #20 - #45 slots.
All top 42 witnesses are running the current 0.23.1 version.
Most of the witnesses from #43 and below are 'former' witnesses that are running old witness versions (0.23.0 or 0.22.1) and have now moved to another blockchain.

New Witnesses
The witness ranks this week have been joined by @unbiasedwriter.
@unbiasedwriter is from Hungary and has been on Steem since July 2018. He is a regular content creator, particularly in Project HOPE.
@unbiasedwriter hasn't laid out any specific plans as a witness yet but he is offering free ice-creams so he must be a n-ice guy ๐ ...
The other recent new witnesses @successgr.with and @xpilar.witness are currently at #33 and #35 respectively.

@steemchiller (#1) has added Steem News this week into the top right promo-panel on Steemworld.org.

@justyy (#2) has been busy with coding lessons this week...

@steem-agora (#3) makes daily posts for their 500 SP power-up voting service, and also regularly supports @etainclub in his development of PLAY STEEM.
@symbionts (#7) have not made any posts this week but is still running the @ecosynthesizer curation project, the ecosynthesizer.com multi-chain block explorer and the Steemsentinels cybercrime awareness and prevention tool.
@steem.history (#8) puts out a number of very useful daily posts covering witness listings, Steem Power rankings and the STEEM system config...
