Marathon is a running and/or walking distance on 42 195 meters. You should be tough enough to do this. And you can do it many places in the world, and every marathon has something special with it!
We can run and/or walk a marathon in every speed. But the best and most recognized way is to run as fast as you can. Many places, cities and town around the world is now organizing a marathon. And you meet many people from different places and different countries living in closed or in open cultures. You do not have to worry about anything with them, because each marathon is a lovely area for everyone.
We have a nice history behind every marathon in the world. The distance is always equal independent of where you are doing it. The first marathon went from Marathon to Athens. There was a runner there bringing a message with him. When he came to Athens, he should announce the Greeks victory in the battle between the Greeks and the Persians. When he arrived Athens, he said: Yes, we have won! And he fell dead again! This race happened in the year 490 before Christ. This is the very start of Marathon, and through it history several people have died during the race. But if you are in good shape, and you are tough in your body, you will master the running and/or walking every place at earth where it is organizing. All people involved in any marathon are friendly, and you will love the beautiful atmosphere!
When living our lives, there are always movements in many paces from person to person when living and working here. And some people are working in organizations being not able to catch what is goiing on in markets, and they do not be able to collect all the market information that is possible to catch. We need engaged and intelligent people to take care of what is really happening different place at the earth!
In life, the can be a fast atmosphere or a calm atmosphere when thinking about all the paces that is possible to create and to maintain! Hence, we can do different things with different or the same speed. And we can have the same or the different quantity and quality of information! Such is life living and working for everyone!
Today, there are many good advices when running and/or walking a marathon. You should sleep enough and good enough. You should think and act carefully with the nutrition. And you should train a lot in advance, but in long and in short distances. The main point is that your heart, your brain and your body work well. The main thing is that you feel yourself in good shape before actually doing it! Marathon is a power discharge for your body. And power in socities around the world is always collected in concepts and in data in human bodies! When being in a marathon, you must do things in a fast way, and the best runners are doing things in the fast way that is possible for the human body. The best runners come from Kenya, Morocco and Ethiopia! There are several reasons behind their fantastic performances! First, they have a superb genetics. They are born as fast and healthy runners! The second things is that they have a tradition in their home country to work hard for the food! In addition, they are training a lot also in height! And the last thing is that they are using the nutrition in sensible and careful ways! Accordingly, there are many world records in running from people coming from Africa! Running has an easy philosophy! You need a suit and some good shoes, and when you must take your trip and your time in the nature. You can decide yourself to run in the terrain or on the track. And you can do training or participate in a competition! That is nice!
